By accessing this website, placing an order, purchasing a subscription, downloading digital content or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services
We offer both physical and digital products including books, comics, subscriptions, activity packs, downloadable resources, audio content, educational materials, merchandise and other family-friendly media.
Product descriptions, photographs, illustrations, prices and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any product or service at any time.
3. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed you will receive confirmation that it has been received. This does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you also agree to Stripe's own Terms of Service and payment processing terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription before your next billing date through Stripe or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future payments but does not refund payments already made unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.
6. Shipping
Where stated, UK delivery is included in the purchase price.
International delivery may be offered at our discretion.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, tariffs or local charges imposed by their own country.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If an order is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, additional postage may be payable before it is re-dispatched.
7. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed we may:
• substitute it with an item of equal or greater value;
• delay dispatch until stock becomes available;
• offer you the option of waiting; or
• provide a refund for the unavailable item.
If one item within a subscription package becomes unavailable we may dispatch the remaining items and send the missing item separately at a later date.
8. Returns and Refunds
If a physical item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where appropriate we may replace the item or provide a refund.
Digital products, downloads and audio products are generally non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed unless required by law.
9.Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period please contact us.
Where appropriate we will investigate with the postal service before arranging a replacement or refund.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays outside our control.

11.Artificial Intelligence
Our books, comics, artwork, audio, videos, activity sheets and website content may not be copied or used for training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, datasets or similar technologies without our written permission.
12. Kids Wave Radio™
Kids Wave Radio™ content is produced for educational and entertainment purposes.
All broadcasts, interviews, recordings, scripts, logos and branding remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Permission must be obtained before redistributing, uploading, broadcasting or commercially using any material.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• use this website unlawfully;
• interfere with its operation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access;
• upload malicious software;
• copy copyrighted material without permission;
• scrape, harvest or collect website content using automated systems.
14. Promotions
From time to time we may offer discounts, promotions or special offers.
